The Sunset Strip and the Whisky!
There's a music scene around the Sunset Strip in LA,
which has been defining the Rock'n Roll for a half-century.
And it's epicenter Whisky a Go Go and several live house
have been hosting the annual event "
Sunset Strip Music Festival."
We got a clip here from SSMF 2008, where founding members
and owners of the clubs showed up all at once on the stage.
This October, we have When You Are Strange
a documentary to dipict the Doors, Whisky's house band back in a day,
and there's also Lemmy 49% Motherfucker 51% Son of a Bitch will be in theaters
in December; this is a movie about Lemmy of the legendary rock band Motorhead,
who is practically living on the Sunset Strip over decades,
meaning, you won't be able to get you eyes off from Whisky a Go Go!
