50th anniversary of "Performance"
Starring Mick Jagger and Anita Pallenberg, the
movie "Performance" has been known for
its vivid depiction of Swinging 60'S.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary, a book
"Performance: The making of a classic" has
been published recently, with more than 500
photos including many unseen photos, as
well as interviews of actors and directors.
And you could also find some of Andrew Maclear's
photos on this book.
It was almost too sensational at the time
of premiere, but now it has a whole different
appeal, which is why it has a cult following.
Because of cultural significance the book has
received a fair deal of attention.
We have not yet to see the actual book, however,
you should be able to see the above photos
including this Anita Pallenberg on the set.
